The National Marine Fisheries Service announced the issuance of an incidental harassment authorization (IHA) to Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory for authorization to harass marine mammals during geophysical survey activities in the Northeast Pacific Ocean. The IHA is effective from August 1, 2022, through July 31, 2023.
