The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service is considering an application submitted by KB Home Orlando, LLC for an incidental take permit that would authorize the take of protected sand skinks and blue-tailed mole skinks incidental to construction and operation of a residential development in Polk County, Florida. FWS is accepting public comments through August 22, 2022.
