The National Marine Fisheries Service announced the issuance of a Letter of Authorization (LOA) to the U.S. Navy to govern the harassment of marine mammals incidental to testing and training activities in Point Mugu Sea Range Study Area off the coast of Southern California. The LOA is effective from July 7, 2022, through July 7, 2029.
