USDA Agrees Bolivia and UK’s Jersey Region Are Negligible Risk for Mad Cow Disease

The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service announced that it concurs with the World Organization for Animal Health’s designation of Bolivia and the United Kingdom’s Jersey region as presenting “negligible” risk for bovine spongiform encephalopathy.
