The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Commodity Credit Corporation announced a rule change to the “Emergency Assistance for Livestock, Honeybees, and Farm-Raised Fish Program” to expand drought assistance due to water transportation and honey bee feed losses. The rule change is effective April 6, 2022.
