The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (FWS) announced its intent to uplist the northern long-eared bat from threatened to endangered under the Endangered Species Act. FWS is holding a public meeting and public hearing on its proposal on April 7, 2022 and will accept public comments through May 23, 2022.
