The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) announced its receipt of an application from Orsted Wind Power North America, LLC for Marine Mammal Protection Act authorization to take marine mammals incidental to site characterization surveys off the coast of Delaware. NMFS is accepting public comments on the incidental harassment authorization through April 20, 2022.
