Minnesota Senate File 4135 would prohibit the issuance of new registrations for farmed white tail deer starting July 1, 2022 as a response to cases of chronic wasting disease and widespread Covid-19 in deer. The bill has been referred to the Committee on Agriculture and Rural Development Finance and Policy.
