The U.S. Department of Agriculture Food Safety & Inspection Service (FSIS) announced the recall of 6,570 pounds of swai fish products imported from Vietnam by Corfu Foods, a Bensenville, Illinois company. The imported fish products, had been distributed to institutions, restaurants, and retailers in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Wisconsin, and were not presented for reinspection by the USDA upon entry into the United States.
