A D.C. federal judge has granted the EPA’s request for a remand to update its rule regarding large industrial agricultural operations’ requirement to report toxic air emissions under the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act. The order follows the agency’s pledge to update its requirements to abide by President Biden’s executive order regarding protecting the environment.
