California Assembly Bill 1285 would authorize the adoption of regulations “to control or eradicate poultry diseases” such as limitations on the importation and intrastate movement of poultry, mandated diagnostic tests and vaccinations, or “similar means.” The bill would also create a poultry health advisory committee.
