Colorado Senate Bill 105 would specify the process in order to solicit and consider public input regarding the gray wolf reintroduction and management plan, require the submission of a plan regarding the financing of the reintroduction and management of gray wolves, require a request to the United States Fish and Wildlife Service to conduct an analysis under the National Environmental Policy Act before reintroduction of the gray wolves, and require that the process to remove the gray wolf from the state endangered and threatened species list begin as soon as any litigation contesting the validity of the federal delisting of gray wolves has been resolved.
