The National Marine Fisheries Service has announced the availability of the Draft Recovery Plan and Draft Recovery Implementation Strategy for the Main Hawaiian Islands Insular False Killer Whale Distinct Population Segment. The agency is accepting comments on the drafted plans until December 15, 2020.
