The Center for Biological Diversity, Waterkeeper Alliance, and Riverkeeper have filed suit against the Environmental Protection Agency, alleging that the agency’s temporary suspension of enforcement during the coronavirus crisis violated Section 7 of the Endangered Species Act because the agency failed to properly consult the Services with regard to the impacts of the action on endangered and threatened wildlife.
