The Center for Biological Diversity, the Maricopa Audubon Society, and the Mount Graham Coalition have filed suit against the United States Forest Service and the United States Fish and Wildlife’s Service, challenging the agencies’ failure to take steps to protect the Mount Graham red squirrel under the Endangered Species Act.
