NATURAL RESOURCES DEFENSE COUNCIL, INC. and FRIENDS OF MINNESOTA SCIENTIFIC AND NATURAL AREAS v. UNITED STATES FISH & WILDLIFE SERVICE and UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR

The Natural Resources Defense Council, Center for Biological Diversity, and Friends of Minnesota Scientific and Natural Areas have filed suit against the United States Fish and Wildlife Service challenging the agency’s failure to establish critical habitat under the Endangered Species Act for the endangered rusty patched bumble bee.
