Midwestern Pet Foods, Inc. Hit with Proposed Class Action Over Toxic Mold and Recall

Midwestern Pet Foods, Inc. has been sued by a consumer and on behalf of all other similarly situated consumers who purchased the company’s food intended for companion animals that contained aflatoxin, a toxic resulting from mold that can result in illness and death of dogs and cats.
