In March 2023, the Brooks Institute held the annual Brooks Congress. The Congress brought together leading scholars, advocates, and thinkers in the animal law and protection community. The Brooks Congress is designed to create an environment of new thinking, inspiration, community building, and collaboration. The theme was Leadership and Building Your Toolkit to Lead Change.
