Description
The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) published a policy directive to FSIS inspection program personnel about their roles and responsibilities in facilities that harvest or process cultivated meat or poultry. The directive also provides guidance about requesting related records and information from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
