A federal judge in New Jersey ruled against plaintiffs seeking to certify a class for a class action suit against Darling Ingredients, a Newark animal rendering facility. The judge found conflicts between interests of the plaintiffs, thus creating a roadblock in plaintiffs’ attempts to sue Darling for releasing “noxious odors into the environment” near plaintiffs’ properties.
