A conversation on the IPCC Sixth Assessment Synthesis Report: What Does It Mean For Animals?

Description

Asia For Animals Coalition through its Farm Animal Coalition Working Group will organize a Round-Table Discussion on the IPCC Sixth Assessment Synthesis Report, to inform the development of a public statement using an Asia lens and farmed animal welfare. As you might have already known, factory farming is not only the single biggest source of animal cruelty, but also one of the biggest greenhouse gas contributors to worsening climate change, and Asia is one of the most vulnerable regions in the world to worsening climate events.

Join us next week for A conversation on the IPCC Sixth Assessment Synthesis Report: What Does It Mean For Animals? via Zoom to learn more about the interconnection between climate change and factory farmed animals, as well as diet shifts, and how we can get involved regarding such issues. Kindly refer to the schedule below and we truly appreciate it if you would share our event with anyone who may be interested in joining the discussion.
