Brooks Congress, Big Question 3 - "Where should the animal protection movement be going?"

In February 2020, the Brooks Institute hosted its inaugural Brooks Congress. Approximately 80 of the most influential actors in the animal protection community attended to discuss the current state of the animal protection movement.
