CHESAPEAKE BAY FOUNDATION, INC., MARYLAND WATERMEN’S ASSOC., INC. et al. vs. UNITED STATES ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY

A coalition of environmental groups has filed suit against the Environmental Protection Agency, claiming that the agency has failed to enforce cleanup goals in the Chesapeake Bay.
