USDA FSIS NOTICE - SALMONELLA SAMPLING OF RAW SILURIFORMES

The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service announced that it no longer will be sampling for Salmonella in domestic or imported raw Siluriformes fish products.
