The Brooks Institute is seeking a project lawyer for legal research and writing who will focus on the use of state civil laws to enhance the visibility and protection of animals within the United States legal system. The work will be under the direction of an existing committee of lawyers and animal protection advocacy professionals. A minimum of three-years’ experience with animal law issues and the ability to work confidentially are required. This project duration is expected to be a few months and less than half-time.
