AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HOLLYWOOD, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 92 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES ENTITLED “ANIMALS” BY AMENDING SECTION 92.08 ENTITLED “ANIMAL CARE; MANNER OF KEEPING”

The City of Hollywood, Fla. is considering amending its animal ordinances to require daily exercise for companion animals and to establish requirements for the humane confinement of dogs and cats.
