The Center for Biological Diversity, Sierra Club, Montana Environmental Information Center, Friends of the Earth, and Waterkeeper Alliance have filed suit against the United States Army Corps of Engineers challenging the Corps’ approval of a nationwide permit for oil and gas pipelines projects. Plaintiffs allege the action violated the Endangered Species Act, National Environmental Policy Act, Clean Water Act, and Administrative Procedure Act.
