United Kingdom Asking Chefs for Vegan Recipes of ‘Faux Gras’ Ahead of Potential Ban

United Kingdom (UK) Members of Parliament have vowed to ban trade in foie gras. The UK Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs is consulting on legislation to ban the sale and import of foie gras.
