The National Farmed Animal Care Council (NFACC) has released the first ever national Code of Practice for the Care and Handling of Farmed Salmonids. The Code applies to salmonids - including salmon, trout, and charr - in all stages of farming, and includes reference to the Five Freedoms. Read the Code here.
