Harvard, NEAVS, and ALDF File Suit Against USDA Over Primate Housing Conditions

The new Harvard Law School Animal Law & Policy Clinic, the New-England Anti-Vivisection Society, and the Animal Legal Defense Fund have filed suit against the United States Department of Agriculture, claiming that the agency has failed to respond to a petition requesting that the agency put into place appropriate psychological well-being standards for nonhuman primates as required by the Animal Welfare Act.
