USDA Seeks Extension of Information Collection Relating to Infectious Disease Affecting Cattle

The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) announced its intent to request an extension of approval of an information collection associated with efforts to control Johne's disease in the United States. Johne’s disease is a contagious, chronic, and usually fatal infection that affects primarily the small intestine of cows and other ruminants. APHIS will accept public comments through June 9, 2023.
