Three salmon fishers have sued the National Marine Fisheries Service over a fishery management amendment that is scheduled to permanently close Alaska’s Cook Inlet to commercial fishers effective December 3, 2021. Plaintiffs allege irreparable economic injury and are seeking declaratory and injunctive relief.
