The Elephant in the Room: Happy and the Normative Structure of Legal Personhood
Please join us for the next talk in the Talking Animals, Law & Philosophy series, organised by the Cambridge Centre for Animal Rights Law.
The talk will be delivered by Dr Joshua Jowitt who is a Visiting Student at the Cambridge Centre for Animal Rights Law and a Lecturer in Law at Newcastle University.
Dr Jowitt's presentation is entitled “The Elephant in the Room: Happy and the Normative Structure of Legal Personhood”.
The talk and the ensuing discussion will take place on 24 February 2021, 5.00-6.30 pm (UK time) on Zoom (an invitation link will be sent out to all those who register).
