The Sierra Club, Center for Biological Diversity, Friends of the Earth, and Turtle Island Restoration Network have filed suit against the National Marine Fisheries Service, arguing that the agency’s biological opinion analyzing oil and gas activities in the Gulf of Mexico violates the Endangered Species Act and Administrative Procedure Act.
