Brooks Congress, Big Question 2 - "What will have the greatest impact for animal protection?"

In February 2020, the Brooks Institute hosted its inaugural Brooks Congress. Approximately 80 of the most influential actors in the animal protection community attended to discuss the current state of the animal protection movement. Some of these Congress Delegates volunteered to respond to big questions. Here are the responses to the question, "What will have the greatest impact for animal protection?"
