A conference about the future of animal protection law, taking place online and celebrating the historic bicentenary anniversary of Martin's Act 1822 - the first national legislation in the world to protect animals from cruel treatment.

This is an online event taking place over the week of 18-22 July to coincide with the anniversary of Martin's Act 1822 on 22 July. All sessions can be watched live or on-demand in your own time until the end of August. The conference will focus on how law, science, and education can improve animals' lives.
