Ag-gag laws seek to prohibit whistleblowers from reporting on and recording the conditions on factory farms. Our experts will discuss standing issues in bringing ag-gag cases, as well as, First Amendment concerns and how states are reacting to wins by animal welfare and free speech advocates.
