Brooks Congress 2020
In February 2020, the Brooks Institute held its inaugural Brooks Congress. They hosted approximately 80 of the most influential participants in the animal protection community designed to create an environment of new thinking, inspiration, community building, and collaboration on the theme of bigger thinking in effecting change.Animal Legal and Policy Studies Summit 2019
In May 2019, the Brooks Institute hosted its inaugural Animal Legal and Policy Studies Summit. Video interviews were conducted relating to a participant’s own research, endeavors, views on the past, present, and future of the participant’s field, and the participant’s assessment of the biggest challenges in research and practice facing animal protection efforts.Presentations
