The Board of Trustees is the steward of Brooks McCormick Jr.’s vision and therefore establishes the Institute’s Mission and Ethos. They are tasked with monitoring Institute operations for adherence and effectiveness of the Mission and Ethos, and otherwise exercise legal control over the Institute. The Board of Trustees requests necessary funds for Institute operations from the Brooks McCormick Jr. Trust for Animal Rights Law and Policy (the “Trust”). The directing trustees of the Trust and the Board of Trustees of the Institute are interlocking so funding of the Institute is reasonably assured.
